HNEFATAFL: VIKING CHESS (PDF)

This PDF includes a rule sheet along with a printable game board that enables students to experience Hnefatafl (or Viking Chess), a game title that historians believe was really performed through the real Vikings. NOTE: Some cutting and pasting is required. Instructions: Print the 4 bits of the Viking Chess board. Tape them together as indicated (top left, top right, etc.) Laminate the board if you want.
